Code of Ethics

The Code of Ethics of Alfa Banking Group provides the framework for maintaining the highest standards of professional ethics. Our Code of Ethics sets out the guiding principles and rules of behavior by which we operate our company and conduct our daily business with our customers, vendors, shareholders and with our fellow employees. The Code of Ethics applies to all of the directors and employees of the Alfa Banking Group.

Employees and directors are expected to apply the principles of the Code of Ethics in all of their dealings on behalf of the Group, to ensure their actions are in the overall best interests of the Group, and to assist management in its efforts to ensure that the Code of Ethics is being followed.

In all of the decisions we make and actions we take on behalf of the Group, we are committed to adherence to the highest standards of integrity and ethical behavior and to compliance with applicable laws, regulations and Group policies.
