Member of the Board of Directors
Ildar Karimov is responsible for relations with shareholders, strategic investors, partners of the Bank, as well as interaction with Alfa Group Consortium.
Mr Karimov is a member of the Investment Committee of Alfa Capital Partners, member of the Board of Directors of AlfaStrakhovanie, and member of the Board of Directors of Alfa Asset Management.
Before joining the Bank in 1994, he worked at the International Institute for Applied Systems Analysis in Laxenburg, Austria, and at the Central Economic and Mathematics Institute in Russia. Mr Karimov holds a Ph.D. in Mathematical Economics (1986) and has a Diploma with honours from Moscow State University (1983).
Ildar Karimov was born in 1961 in Izhevsk.
